Because the nature of UV ink itself is difficult to adhere on acrylic sheet completely, GCC has developed an unique primer for pre-coating treatment on acrylic sheet.Afterward, we can use StellarJET K100UV to print an image on it and finish with one layer of white Top-coat. Wait until drying and then you have easily completed the printing of door panels.Not only the surface design has protection against future scratches, but the multi-layers printing will also bring an embossing effect, which is amazing.Through this processing, the added value of cabinet door panels will be dramatically multiplied.
